It is usually kept for 2 to 3 years.
What’s the lead time for sampling and bulk?
Sample lead time 7 days, bulk lead time 12 to 15 days.
What kind of payment methods do you accept? Do you offer credit?
We accept T/T, West union,PayPal and cheque. As business grows, we accept monthly credit for for customer with over US$50,000 sales amount per year.
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Any quantity is acceptable for metal and PVC items, for woven lanyards and embroideries should reach minimum cost USD30.
What plating is available for different material and processes?
The usual plating we used is Gold, Matt gold, Silver, Matt silver, Nickel, Black nickel, Chrome,Bronze, Copper, Antique finish, aluminum anodized etc. But not all the metal materias could have these platings, for more help, please confirm with our account executive in advance. sales@estill-crafts.com
What is the difference between Synthetic, Soft, and Enamel?
The major differences between these three colouring materials will be in terms of aspect and quality:
Synthetic Enamel: will probably be the best material to render bright and flashy colours. Furthe
rmore, the process used enables to give a shiny aspect. Finally, the colours will be leveled even
with the metal boarders. The front-side surface of the item will be totally flat.
Soft Enamel: is generally used for products of lower quality. It can be recognized easily, as the co
lours will be in recess compared to the boarders. The boarders will distinctly appear on a first plan.
Hard Enamel: distinguishes itself from Soft and Synthetic Enamel. In its primary aspect, Hard Enamel is in powder. It liquefies whenever it is baked. Although the colours will not render as well as Soft and Synthetic Enamel, Hard Enamel will last hundred of year without changing or being scratched.
What safety regulation can your factory comply with?
Estill is a big supporter of Europe and America's safety standards. All materials as well as
manufacturing processes to produce metal items comply strictly with international regulations
such as RoHS, REACH,SGS, EN71 & CPSIA.
Lead content limit is 300ppm , Estill can keep under 150ppm except for spin casting
items.
PVC can be phthalate-free, but this will affect the unit cost. Pls consult with our customer service rep before placing the order.
Is it possible to have two tone plating on one item, for instance gold + nic
Yes, “two tone/double plating” can be done. But, if you plan to make an order with such

How do we send artwork?
You can send artwork to our customer service rep in AI/EPS /CDR/PDF/JPG format. File size needs be -less than 30M.
